Good report. It’s important for people to know how underreported this is–and what to look for.

I just saw your blog. Will you please visit my blog http://www.tinystars.wordpress.com ? 07/08/07 is the deadline for everyone to vote on the global issue that BlogHer will focus on for a full year. For two weeks they accepted suggestions from everyone about what issues to vote on. I suggested sexual exploitation of children. They are accepting votes from men and women, bloggers and non-bloggers. if enough people vote for this issue a community of 11,000 strong and growing bloggers will push this issue to the forefront. My posts that discusses the BlogHers Act iniciative is “The Issue I would like to see BlogHers Act Support” and “What Oprah Says” I give detailed instructions, and it is easy, how to get to their survey and vote for Sexual exploitation of children and child abuse. My blog is all about this issue and what the non-profit agency Tiny Stars is doing to expose and catch child predators. I hope you see this in time to consider voting and telling everyone you know about it.
I am torn between getting this information to as many abuse survivors as possible and being insensitive. It is just to important not to say anything. I will be posting this comment to as many people as I can find and hope that I am not considered to be spamming or whatever it might be called.
Thanks,
Gloria
