You did a great job in explaining what PTSD is like. The worst part for me is the flashbacks and not knowing what will trigger, when or how I will experience the flashback (physical sensation, feeling like I’m there, watching from afar, sensation, smell…but always my head is spinning and the anxiety is so overwhelming). Thank you for sharing the article.
